This magnificent oil pastel painting comes mounted and glassed measuring 30 by 42 inches overall. It depicts one of the artists favorite subjects, the surf and rocks off Beavertail in Jamestown, Rhode Island. Ralph Williams' art is represented by the Wickford and South County Art Associations. Both have awarded him for his works.
