This
framed photograph , "New Orleans: Generations " brings
a nostalgic tear to all of us. It is taken in the French
Quarter of New Orleans just outside Madeleine Bakery.
Maybe you have stood in that very same place. It is
a study of contrasts and a study of generations of New
Oleanians. It is elegantly framed and measures 28' x
22". This piece is one of a very limited edition of
ten. David Gold describes the technique as "double exposure
" which gives an echo and feeling of longing to the
contrasting details.
