OUR MISSION

The mission of the Education Services Department is to deliver information and instruction to Rhode Island educators and learners of all ages, through use of telecommunication technologies, and to teach effective use of these technologies to students, educators, and the citizens of Rhode Island, through the Knowledge Network.

Our Education Services Department puts programs, technologies, and resources at the fingertips of educators of all types -- teachers, parents, early childhood care providers, and home schoolers.

Rhode Island PBS Department of Education Services helps students of all ages fulfill their educational and self-improvement goals by delivering programs that instruct, inform, and inspire.
